The MVBA General Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of each January, March, May, July, September, & November.
Meeting locations will be announced via MVBA Newsletter and MVBA Facebook page, the week prior to each meeting. All meetings begin at 7:30 PM.
The MVBA Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of August and December. Meetings are held at 12 West Madison Street at 6:30 PM.
Business Round Table
The MVBA Business Community started a quarterly Round Table Meeting in 2017. These meetings take place in January, April, July, & October on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 9am-11am at 12 West Madison Place, ground floor, unless otherwise noted in the MVBA Newsletter.

MVBA occasionally has the need for special meetings when issues arise, committee’s request, and/or the community needs to be informed of important situations and events outside of regularly scheduled General Membership Meetings. These meetings will be announced as needed with information about when, where, and who should be in attendance.
